| Be careful; be very careful
I ordered a 12/28 (light brown with blond streaks) human hair wig and paid her $670 up front. Big mistake. She ordered a dark auburn wig and I refused it. She tried to get me to buy something from her stock at inflated prices ($575 for a non-human hair wig!), but I told her I had to have the color I ordered. She mailed me 3 other wigs, none of which was what I ordered. She refused to return any of my money or to respond to my phone calls or letters, so I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (late January 2009). She has not responded to them (as of mid-Feb). My next option is Magistrate Court, where I guess I will see her next. | |
